SCIENTIST
NUTRITIONIST
HERBALIST

My name is Millie Mae. I am a fully qualified Scientist and Nutritionist, and a practitioner of phytotherapy (using plant-derived remedies to treat and prevent disease) and herbal medicine.

If you want to take responsibility of your health in your own hands, then this is the place for you. I want nothing more than to support you, to show you how to make positive changes to your health and wellbeing through natural remedies, herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, spiritual growth, and self-care. Your body wants to be in balance, flow, and harmony, it might just need a little support and guidance. Don’t underestimate the power of medicinal plants, healing foods, lifestyle changes, natural remedies and alternative healing modalities.

I love crafting all kinds of herb/tinctures/medicines, which are all handmade in small quantities. Be sure to check out my shop for what is available, and for what I am currently brewing & soon available. Check back often as I restock frequently.

If you need advice or have further questions, please reach out! I am always here to help. Dont forget to come say hello on Instagram, and Pinterest.

Hmm it seems like your website ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so I guess I’ll just sum it
up what I wrote and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog.

I as well am an aspiring blog blogger but I’m still new to everything.
Do you have any helpful hints for first-time blog writers?

      I’d genuinely appreciate it.

    4. 👋Millie, one quick question.
Is it a ‘requisite’ qualification to be a nutritionalist as a food blogger ?
      Appreciate your reply with thanks.

      • Hi Angelina,
Absolutely not! I did the qualifications to learn more because I’m so passionate about food and nutrition. But anyone can have a food blog, if they have a love for it and something to share.
